Lovely to get the news that my latest book, A Path of Stars, received recognition as:

- The Honor Picture Book of the Asian Pacific American Award for Literature 2013;

- and a Notable Social Studies Trade Book for Young People 2013, a cooperative project of the National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS) and the Children’s Book Council (CBC).
